  1. An average family of 4 goes on vacation at least once a year.
  2. Stay in a 4-or-5 star hotel would cost an average of US$200.00/night per room
  3. If rooms are limited to 2 persons, 2 rooms required.
  4. Privacy may be required.
  5. Average Cost: 2 rooms @ $200.00/night for 7 nights = $2800.00
  6. Four weeks of vacation: $2,800.00 x 4 = US$11,200.00
Cottage Ownership
  1. You invest $150,000.00-$200,000.00 in a vacation property
  2. You only use the cottage for two to eight weeks per year
  3. Still responsible for maintenance expenses for rest of the year
  4. Risk of theft and vandalism
  5. You can only go to the same property every year.
TriStar Vacation Club
  1. Members pay only $250.00 (Business Members) or $500.00 (Vacation Members) for Annual Membership
  2. Pay maintenance fee for each week of vacation per year
  3. Enjoy ownership in a property
  4. Exchange vacation week for holiday anywhere in the world
  5. Go to a different resort every year
  6. Enjoy stay in four or five star villa resorts that can accomodate upto six people
  7. With an Optional Global Business Opportunity
  8. Can enjoy up to four weeks of vacation per year
  9. Cost of four weeks of vacation:

    10. $250.00 + (4 X $500.00*) = $2,250.00 (Business Members)

    $500.00 + (4 X $500.00*) = $2,500.00 (Vacation Members)
