1. How do I qualify for the $250.00 per year membership?
Join the club as a business member and you qualify for the $250.00 annual membership fee and are entitled to a week's vacation every year as part of the membership fee. You can join as a vacation member, and be eligible for the same one week vacation for $500.00 per year membership fee.
2. If I buy more than one site, am I required to pay $250.00 per year for each site, along with maintenance fee?
You do not pay the $250.00 for each site every year. You are only required to pay the $250.00 every year for the membership to the club, along with the annual maintenance fees. For example, if you buy 10 sites for investment purposes, you pay $2,500.00 to own the sites. It is a one-time investment. Henceforth, on your memebership renewal, you only pay $250.00 annual membership fee towards the club, along with the maintenance fees to retain your membership and qualify for the one week of vacation
3. Are there any exchange fees if the week is used for facilities of a FHC partner program?
Yes. These range between US$99.00 and US$149.00 per week of vacation.
4. Can I pay extra money every year towards the deeded ownership?
Yes. You can pay extra money toward the deeded ownership of the club. If you are a business member, you can deposit upto 25% of your earnings every year towards the deeded ownership. Check the deeded ownership section for more information.
5. Can I take multiple weeks vacation as part of the membership?
Yes. You can take multiple weeks, but you will have to pay the $500.00 maintenance fee for each extra week. Your annual membership fee entitles you to one week of vacation. You can take upto three extra weeks per year.
6. I want to enroll someone but my left and right nodes are full already.
Assign the new site to someone below you, who has a left node open.
7. How do I book my vacation using my entitled week?
You can call our office, and we will guide you through the process.
8. Can I change my vacation membership to business membership?
You can switch whenever you would like. There is no penalty for changing membership type.
